1. Acceptance By using SaveDay, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Subscriptions and Purchases SaveDay offers an auto-renewable subscription ("Premium – Annual") and a one-time lifetime purchase ("Premium – Lifetime"). Annual Subscription
   • Price: €4.99 per year (or local equivalent)
   • Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers
   • Automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
   • Your Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal Lifetime Purchase
   • One-time payment of €29.99 (or local equivalent)
   • Grants permanent access to all Premium features with no recurring charges Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions
   • Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the App Store: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
   • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then
   • No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period
3. Free Tier The free tier allows you to track up to 5 contacts with birthdays. Additional features require a Premium subscription or purchase.
4. Privacy and Data SaveDay processes your contacts entirely on-device. No contact data, birthday information, or personal information is transmitted to our servers or any third party. 5. Intellectual Property All content, design, and code within SaveDay is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
